2.2 Digital Products

Online courses, ebooks, and downloadable resources are available for instant access upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

Branded manuals, workbooks, and training kits are shipped to your address as specified at checkout.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations, credits, and fund reimbursements.

3.1 Training Services

Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the start date receive a full refund of the paid fee. You may reschedule a session up to 3 days before the original date. After the session begins, no fund reimbursements are provided due to resource allocation.

3.2 Digital Products

Access to digital materials begins immediately after purchase. Because of the instant access nature, digital purchases are not subject to refunds. In case of technical issues, please contact support for credit toward another course.

3.3 Physical Goods

If a product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims will be handled by sending a replacement or issuing a credit toward a future purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipment back of non-defective items. Shipping fees for sending items back are non-reimbursable.

4. Booking Changes

You may adjust your training schedule up to 3 days before the original date by contacting our support team.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by SkillLabNow remain our property. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillLabNow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
